National movement warns to remove MPs if the Majlis is not rectified

National Movement has warned the members of the Peoples' Majlis that they will remove all members who do not work according to the pulse of the people if the Majlis is not recitified.

Members representing the National Movement made this remark speaking at the activities of the movement held at Artificial Beach area under the slogan "Peoples' Majlis to a peoples' Majlis".

The movement's steering committee member Abbas Adil Riza said that the snake has been cut into two pieces but it is still alive. He added the venomous tongue of the snake is still unleashed towards the nation.

"The venom has affected the Majlis. It has affected the committees of the Majlis. Many members are suffering from the venom. This is what we today from the Majlis," he said.

Abbas said that committee for independent institutions meeting was held yesterday against the regulations of the Majlis.  And he said that the decision of the committee was a hard blow against the people and he added that the movement will return it with a slam.

"Today we have seen that members such as Mutthalib, Riyaz and Amir know the constitution better than Kulhdhufushi MP Nasheed," he said.

Abbas said that the movement has initiated a war to separate the truth from falsehood. "We all will die. And this war should continue even if we die. We should free this nation," he said.
