No one has the right to criticise the rulings of the Islamic
Sharia- Adhaalath
Adhaalath Party has stated that no one has the right to criticise and challenge the verdicts of a court of law issued in accordance to the Islamic Sharia.
Adhaalath Party made this remark in a press release issued by the party in response to the concern raised against to the Juvenile Court’s recent sentence to flog a 15 year-old girl on the charges of pre-marital sex.
Adhaalath Party stressed that no Muslim is allowed to criticise the Sharia rulings and claim that such rulings are a violation of human rights. The party stated that the Muslims should not give any concern to such calls that claims that the rulings of the Islamic Sharia are primitive, harsh and against human rights.
Adhaalath quoted a verse of the Quran which means that the believer has no choice regarding the rulings revealed by Allah and His Messenger. "Therefore no Muslim should criticise the verdicts issued the courts of this hundred percent Muslim nation which are in conformity with the Islamic Sharia," the statement said.
Adhaalath party stated that criticising the rulings revealed in the Islamic Sharia is a nullification of one's faith and will result in the person who does it to leave the fold of Islam.
In addition to this Adhaalath Party stated that some have been trying to distort the actual reason why the girl was given the sentence of flogging. Adhaalath Party stated that the girl was not given the verdict of flogging for being raped by her Step Father but was issued the verdict for her confession that she had pre marital sex with a man with intent.
