President Dr. Waheed is gaining more popularity- Zaki

Vice President of the Qaumee Ittihaad Party (QIP), Mohamed Zaki has said that President Dr. Mohamed Waheed has been gaining the popularity of the people and as a result of that many people are joining QIP.

Zaki said that more than five hundred people joined from Hadhunmathi alone from the membership campaign activities held there. He said that many are joining the party even in the activities currently being held at Meemu Atoll.

Zaki said that President Dr. Waheed is a capable leader and he is ruling the country tackling so many challenges and still moving forward despite the many hardships and difficulties he has been facing. He said that he is a person of insight and he takes all the decisions after thinking over it from all angles.

In addition to this Zaki said that the party focuses on establishing a branch of the party in the islands so that party activities can be arranged from there. He said that it is not an easy task to gain membership for a party suddenly and it can only be done through promotion of the party.
