Gasim calls to joint efforts to build the nation

Jumhooree Party Leader and Maamigili MP has called the people to unite with the aim to build the nation and move forward to progress and development.

Gasim Ibrahim made this remark in his address to the people on the occasion of the National Day of Maldives. He said that unity is important in this time when the people are divided and fighting each other.

Gasim said that a nation will only be developed when the people are together united and upon goodness. He said that it is important for the people to realize the importance unity for the betterment of their lives and the country.

In his message, Gasim noted that he hopes for the progress and development of the nation and throughout his life has been trying to be a part of the efforts to build the nation. He said that he will be steadfast in helping the people.

He said it is upon every Maldivian to renew their intention and to work for the betterment of the country. He said that heroes of the nation such as Dhonbandaarain and Boduthakurufaanu has set an example for all to be truthful for the nation and to strive hard for its betterment.
