Gasim vows to expand job market with 500 Dhonis

Jumhooree Party leader Gasim Ibrahim has vowed to build 500 Dhonis within 5 years of his presidency if he is elected as the President to expand the job market.

Speaking at Tuesday night's sitting of the weekly campaign rallies held at the Jumhooree Party activity platform Gasim said that when 500 dhonis are built if will expand the job market with 10000 jobs. He said that this will aid the finances of 50,000 people.

Gasim said that this will also change the perspective of some of the youth regarding fishing. He said that this problem of those youth who are hesistant to go for fishing as a regular job will be solved by this.

"They would not be called fishermen. Perhaps they would be called Fish masters or something like that," he said.

Gasim said that those who claim that this cannot be done do not have adequate experience and maturity.

He said that the expenses for the building of five hundred dhonis will be about 153 million US dollars. He said that this project can be completed in a period of five years.
