Many reasons behind submitting no confidence motions to majlis – Dr.Didi

President of Jumhooree party, Dr.Ibrahim Didi has said that there are many reasons behind on submitting no confidence motions and hiding of votes in majlis. He said the biggest reason is to create differences among coalition members.

Didi said MDP is doing such acts they know that they can’t do anything good for the country and because they always want to make their members tobe on pressure.

He said everybody is aware of MDP’s aim and everybody knows why the supporters of MDP too is upto. And also the people of the country knows much better that why the finger is pointed at them.

Speaking at Dhitv, Didi said  there are accusations against some of the members in corruption and bribe cases.  And when such accusations are ongoing, members are submitting no confidence motions to the majlis. He said this raises questions on such accusations.

He said one member from the majlis has proposed a reform  on hiding votes while taking no confidence vote and JUmhooree party hasn’t decided anything on this reform and party’s decision will be decided during the parliamentary group discussion.

Didi said, this reform will raise more accusations against members on taking bribes and on corruption.

DRP and PPM, the two political parties who represents most of the members at majlis, also haven’t given a comment on the submitted new reform.

According to Dr.Didi , he believes that any member who doesn’t belong to the coalition and specially MDP’s aim will be to create more differences in the coalition.

Many accuse that there are big financers behind the no confidence motion submitted against President Dr.Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik. And these people are people who want other religions to be practiced in the country.

One of the leading politician of the country said to Miadhu news that, MDP had tried many tactics against the coalition, but nothing happened and now this will be their last stage on trying to create differences in the coalition. But this time time too, form the two no confidence votes they will know the result.

After concluding MDP’s ‘Vaudhu ge dhathuru’ ex President Mohamed Nasheed said in a newsconference that  there will be peace in the country when early elections are held. And he said there are signs of having an early elections.
