MDP proposing unwanted motions to interfere parliament’s work- Dr. Didi

Jumhooree party President, Dr.Ibrahim Didi has said that MDP is proposing unwanted motions to the Parliament to interfere important works of the parliament. Didi said that the MDP’s proposed  no confidence motion  on President Waheed will not be passed because MDP will not get 52 votes to make it pass.

 He said Parliament has many important works which are related to the people of the country and have make decisions on it. And during a period like this MDP is proposing unwanted motions purposely . He said if a bill is proposed to Parliament, the committees and the parliament itself have to spend lot of time on discussing the issues.  He said the second reason why MDP is proposing such motions is to create differences among the parties of the coalition government.

 He also said MDP is doing these kind of things and protesting in the streets  due to its failure on CoNi report and to show off that still they have lot of power. Didi said during the month of Ramazan, MDP held protests and made chaos because they did not have any other option after their failure.
