India Always helped Maldives , Never Invaded Maldives.
Is Nasheed inviting India to Invade Maldives?

India is the closest meighbour of Maldives and most helpful brother nation too. India has always helped Maldives when ever needed by Maldives but even through the whole history we cannot see India Invaded Maldives.

But Today Fprmer President Mohamed Naheed’s special Envoy Mr. Ibrahim Hussain Zaki is pulling India to Invade Maldives which Maldivians will never accecpt it.. People believe that what Zaki is doing In India is prosecuting orders from Former President Mohamed Nasheed.

Maldives is among the smallest in size and least in population but Maldives has a proud history of being Independent.

Gan Island of Addu Atoll was given to British after second world war to use as an Army Base and they tried to get involves in Maldives Local matters. People had the courage to say no to them after they were chased from the island. Durig their stay they never used to protect Maldives Government or in any such affairs.

During the whole history of Maldives we can see only once a foreign Army stayed in the capital Island Male’ to protect Maldives Government. It was the time that Indian Pirates were disturbing Maldives often,. about 300 years ago. That was also for just few months and records show that less than 10 French Army men were in Maldives. But they Hoisted a big French Flag in Male’ to show there is a big army from France here.

Hence Maldivians beleive there is no reason today to bring any foreign army to Maldives to solve the local desputes. Anyone trying to bring a foreign Army to Maldives is definitely a Traitor and the case should be prosecuted.
