IFM trains students for Quran competition

Four students trained by Islamic Foundation of the Maldives Miladhoo Wing have taken part in the Noonu Atoll Quran recitation competition jointly organised by National Centre for Quran and the Atoll Council.   

A total of 83 student competitors from 8 islands took part in the competition held on 28-30 April at Noonu atoll Manadhoo.  

IFM trained students include:  Shammoon Ahmed (Rauhaa); Aishath Naadhima (Roashaneege);  Aishath Jennifer (Aahiya); Mariyam Samaha (Rankokaage).

Ahmed Ibrahim, the vice president of IFM Noonu Miladhoo Wing noted that all the above mentioned student competitors won significant places in their age groups and Mariyam Samaha has been qualified to take part in the National Quran Recitation Competition.
