No sooner the inception of the DA’WAH CORNER – SRI LANKA we were able to commence this activity since there were lot of freedom to do so.

We formed a kit by utilizing a garden table under a garden umbrella. Alhamdulillah! With the help of Allah (SWT) our first mobile book stall was erected in front of a public library in an urban area. We purchased a three wheeler vehicle to transport the mobile book stall kit, since we found it difficult to carry them in hands. We have been functioning this mobile Islamic book stalls in front of the Mosques on Fridays and front of libraries on weekends.   

Future plan

We found this project very much successful in urban areas. But it is not so in rural areas. In country like Sri Lanka if we shift this activity in rural fare we would face a unsuccessful problems.

So we decided ones a exhibition or any other educational programs held in those areas we will be able to open up our stall there. In this kind of exhibition or book fare we want be able to use our mobile Islamic book stall kit so are complied to use a make shift deferent kind of stall. (Marquee - tent)  

Although it is not possible run these shows by one man its need a team. Also we are not expecting a profit by this venture. It is solely aimed at da’wah purpose. Unlike the mobile Islamic book stall this has to be carrying out for days, at times 8,9,10 days.

Fuel expenses                                           Rs,   2,500/=

Total                                                            Rs. 29,000/= (260 US Dollars)   

We hope to participate at least one exhibition for a month.
